North St Albans Masterplan November Public Drop-in

Updated: Mar 10, 2020

The first Public Drop-in about the North St Albans Masterplan was held on Monday 11th November at Christ Church on High Oaks, St Albans. This was the first opportunity to show people what the Draft Local Plan says about the North St Albans site and for people to share their priorities, opportunities and concerns before a Masterplan is prepared.

Don’t worry if you were unable to attend in person; you can view the information boards here.

The Council is committed to engaging local residents, businesses and other stakeholders in order to develop the vision for this new community.

You can see an aerial photo showing the site boundary for North St Albans Masterplan here.

Starting this autumn we want to speak to as many people as possible to understand what their priorities are before initial designs are prepared and presented in early 2020.

Still at the early stages, there will be more opportunities to see this information and get involved in the coming months. If you haven’t already done so, please complete this short online questionnaire.

An indicative timeline of the full Masterplan process is available here.
